Renovation Experience

Part of what makes Paintology unique is our renovation experience. Several Paintology contractors have experience renovating houses. Skills learned, and the passion gained from these undertakings provides us with abilities in many of the following areas;

• Understanding of the renovation or building process
• The ability and importance of working in with other trades
• Connections with other trades people if required
• The ability in most cases to complete or give advice on necessary repairs or improvements
• An eye for detail, in matching period or modern features and fittings
• Colour consultation

I personally have completely renovated three properties: Two heritage properties and one modern. I am currently undertaking my third (state listed) heritage property.

Christian Bell and Scott Foreman are in the middle of renovating circa 1900 cottages. Richard Wood is performing a modern conversion of a 1970's property, and Tyson Banes has invested in a property for future development.

All have worked very hard to get where they are, and will no doubt put all their skills to good work- both at work and in their own homes.
